Getting Started

  1. Register / Login
    • Go to Instructors → Instructor Registration (first time) or Instructor Login.
    • Once logged in, you’ll land on your Dashboard.
  2. Dashboard Overview
    • From here, you can choose:
      • Live Workshops
      • Manage Courses/Students
      • Manage Assignments/Grading

Running a Live Workshop

Path: Dashboard → Live Workshops

  1. Select Create New Workshop
  2. Select your state.
  3. Select Your School or Event
  4. Choose Your Presentation Subject
  5. Add your class details.
  6. Add Students:
    • Share the Workshop Code with students so they can join directly.
  7. Start the Workshop when ready.
  8. Monitor scores and participation live.
  9. Export results if needed.

Administering Courses

Path: Dashboard → Manage Courses/Students

  1. Create a Class with a name and details.
  2. Add Students: upload via CSV or share a Join Code.
  3. Go to Courses and assign FRB courses to that class.
  4. Students complete lessons at their own pace.
  5. Use Manage Assignments/Grading to check completion and scores.
  6. Archive a class once it’s finished to keep your dashboard tidy.

Uploading Students (applies to Courses)

  1. Download the CSV Template.
  2. Fill in required columns: First Name, Last Name, Email (Student ID optional).
  3. Upload file and confirm matches.
  4. Review list and click Import.

Case Study Activities (coming soon)

Path: Dashboard → Resources (soon → “Case Studies”)

  1. Browse available case studies by topic.
  2. Assign to a class with due dates.
  3. Students complete and submit.
  4. Review and give feedback.
